ASDE was selected as design & build contractor at the early design development stage to help owner and architect finish the design for the public lobby area. ASDE proposed a highly efficient  tension truss system to minimize the facade structure and create a pleasant transparent glass facade to protect the lobby area and bring in the light & green from the surrounding garden.
